We decided to market our Optical Sorting machinery on a number of social platforms

“Test our latest Optical Sorting Machinery with your most difficult applications“ ...and an established business client did just that!

An Automotive quality issue with a missing internal thread put us and the machine to the test! Samples were delivered directly to us and we quickly set up the Optical Sorting Machinery to see if it was feasible to sort for the presence of the internal thread.

Trials proved very successful and a few days later a container birthed in the UK with 20,000 of the offending component and within 48 hours we had received, sorted and returned to a very happy client.
